Our national charity is looking for a part time Voluntary Administrator to assist with our new overseas aid project ‘Stoma Aid’ which operates from Bolton, Lancashire.
The Colostomy Association is based in Reading, Berkshire and provides vital support to people who are living with a stoma following life-changing surgery.
This is a wonderful opportunity to volunteer within a dedicated small team on a new overseas aid project. The role involves supporting both Bolton and head office based staff for the benefit of thousands of people in developing countries.
The successful candidate will have some experience of administration, dealing with emails, handling phone calls, tracking items on Excel spreadsheets and team working. Applicants should have the ability to work on their own initiative and possess excellent interpersonal and communications skills, as well as enjoy building relationships with individuals and other charities.
